We capped off our first month back in the states by making a stop in Denmark. Denmark, WI, that is. It is a small town in eastern Wisconsin that actually flies the Danish flag alongside the American and Wisconsin flags. We stopped there after visiting the Green Bay Botanic Garden with Amy's family.

It has been a hectic month and we're finally able to breathe a bit and do leisurely things like update this blog for once. We are moved in to our new apartment and the last of the boxes have been unpacked. Oliver has his own room now, complete with crib and other furniture that are a nice upgrade from the all-purpose pram he had in Holte. We have enjoyed having our own furniture back and having more room to stretch out.
It's been great being back with our families. Oliver has gotten to know his grandparents and aunts and uncles and cousins, and we have enjoyed introducing him to everyone. He's been a trooper through all the passing-around.

Now that we've been able to get things more under control we'll update this more frequently, so check back often. Until then, check out pictures of our first month back on our gallery.
