Two weeks ago Grandpa Steve made a weekend visit (Grandma Sara was busy with report cards and couldn't make the trip up), and we spent the time playing in the yard and made a trip to a disc golf course. With the nice weather we could be outside quite a bit, and we were able to put a fresh coat of paint on our front awning thanks to Grandpa's help. (Unfortunately, we were too busy to take a photo of Grandpa & the boys!)
Over Memorial Day weekend Paul & Molly were in town for their first extended visit. We got to show them the town and what we love about La Crosse. Molly taught the boys how to play hangman, and Oliver is hooked and loves to play every day. On Monday before they left we all went to see the Memorial Day parade. It was a great weekend with them.
