This second half of summer has been busy but so fun! We took a trip to Chicago for Henry's birthday in July. We got to spend a lot of time with Uncle Paul, we visited Cian and Niamh, we visited The Chicago Botanic Garden, we went to Legoland, and we rode the train into downtown! Phew!

On my birthday we went canoeing on the Kickapoo River. It was a beautiful day, and we all had a lot of fun!

We had a blast at Paul and Molly's wedding in Milwaukee. It was a lovely day for a lovely couple! Brian and Henry were in the wedding party, Oliver was Junior Photographer, and I got to make sure my boys were where they needed to be at the right time.
And now, here at the end of August, we take a breath before we start a new school year...
