We have stepped into a whole new world today. After 8 months of living without, we bought ourselves a microwave. I can't tell you how much I look forward to warming leftovers up in this rather than on the stove. Ooh - and we can make microwave popcorn! We managed for 8 months without one, but it's so nice to have one now. Living without something for a while really helps you to appreciate it when you do have it! And what a deal it was - 300 kroner (about $50)! Trust us - that's quite a deal for Danish standards.
