Go Brewers!

Bre, Ollie and Polish Sausage

Two weekends ago we took a road trip to Milwaukee.  The occasion?  My sweet little sister Jenny turned 30 and to celebrate she wanted the family to go to a Brewer's game.  So we did!  Oliver and Henry had their first Brewer's experience.  Now, to be honest, we really don't keep up much with baseball.  Not even the Brewers. And we were a little nervous about this fact when we talked to Oliver about it and he said, "We're going to see the Green Bay Packers!  Yay!".  No, that's football, Ollie.  We're going to watch baseball.  Things got a little better when we got to the stadium and he said, "It's the Green Bay Brewers!" That was closer! Well, turns out all he needed to see was the sausage race and he was hooked.  Henry spent part of the game sleeping and the rest of the game entertaining the folks around us.  Both boys were super great and we had a really fun time!

A trip to Milwaukee wouldn't be complete without seeing Uncle Paul!  And Molly was in town too -  bonus!  We were happy to have the two of them join us for the game too.

The Brewers couldn't pull of a win for us, but that didn't matter.  We had fun being together and celebrating a milestone with Jenny.
