Our little Oliver is 3! Hip hip hooray! And what a fun birthday he had. He got a surprise visit from Oma, Papa, Breanna and Grandma Marie! Was he excited about the surprise? I would venture to say YES from the loud squeals coming from him when he saw them. We spent the day playing and laughing and making pirate cupcakes. We grilled out for dinner and were joined by Jen and Andy and Zach and Kyiah. Yay! More cousins to squeal and play with!

We tried really hard to get all of the cousins together for a photo. Brian took about 20 shots and some have Henry scooting away, some have Kyiah crawling away, some have Bre and Ollie toppled over. It was an adorable catastrophe. This one came out pretty darn cute. Ollie was so happy to have ALL of his cousins here for his birthday.

Saturday morning we set out for a friend's wedding in Iowa. It was great to have all of the Merkey family together again for the occasion. Here we all are - we couldn't miss the photo op. Thanks for a fun weekend everyone!
