Last Wednesday was potato pancake night at our house. Our friends Lisa and Judith joined us for a fun German cooking lesson (Thanks, Judith!) and we filled up on delicious potato pancakes.

It's true, it made our apartment smell for DAYS, but it was worth it. They were delicious!
