We've had a busy but very fun extra long weekend here. We kicked off this weekend as we do most weekends with a visit to the Cameron Park Farmer's Market on Friday night. It's our way to unwind from the week and celebrate the days off ahead of us. We just love this market. There is always live music of some sort playing. This week it was Celtic music, and the boys just couldn't stop jigging. We packed a picnic dinner and sat out under the trees to enjoy some good food, good friends, and good music.

After the market we had to head home to meet my parents who were coming to visit for the weekend. As always it was fun and exciting to see them again. My dad and Brian got busy Saturday and built a swing set for the boys in the backyard. Ollie and Henry can't get enough of our OWN swings in our OWN backyard! Dave and LaDonna saved us the swings from the swing set they took down, and it's great to have them up and running in our yard. Pushing Ollie and Henry took me back a few years to when I was pushing Cian and Niamh in their backyard! Oh, memories.

Mom and Dad watched the boys a lot of the day on Sunday so Brian and I could attack our garage. It definitely needed a good attack. We've been in our house for a little over a year and now finally the garage resembles a usable garage. We can park a car in there and not worry about knocking stuff over when we open the car doors. Success! We really appreciate having the time to get that space in order.
It was Labor Day weekend, and we labored. Thanks to Mom and Dad for their help!
